Christianna – San Francisco Portrait Session

Last week we partnered with our friends at Guerrilla Makeovers for a San Francisco portrait session with Christianna after her makeover. The stylist, Morgan did a really great job with the makeover, and it is always wonderful to have a stylist on set – it makes our jobs so much easier, and makes a big difference in the final photos.

We met up with them at the make-up counter where Christianna was getting her finishing touches.

Christianna is a big Disney fan, and since after her makeover she was looking so much like Sleeping Beauty, we decided to focus on that and go for a storybook fairy tale vibe during the shoot. With that in mind we started under the rotunda at Westfield.

From there we went to Jessie Square which is quickly becoming one of our favorite San Francisco portrait locations. We started at the side doors of the church which have a beautiful patina. Christianna really looks striking posed against them.

From there we moved on to the reflecting pool and got some fun shots on the stepping stones.

We finished up on the front steps of the church as the sun was going down. We had a lot of fun on this shoot, and her pictures turned out gorgeous!
